May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, may the God that loves us all hold you in the palm of his hand. Amen.

This is a great job for someone to shadow me this year. Really what it entails is working with Mr. Erhlich to get a list of the graduating Seniors. With that list you will work with Frank Kohn who donates his time to take the Senior’s pictures for the DOB program and then take those photos, have them printed at “Photo Kraft” (Frank electronically sends them to the shop) you pick up two copies (one for the Senior board) the other for a keepsake at the DOB party. Once the DOB stage is up there is a SENIOR star board created that you just have to put the pictures up w/ the Senior’s names.
Coordinate scheduling a “photo session” about 3 weeks prior to DOB. – 1 hour (e-mails between Mr. E and Frank)
Go to the actual Photo Shoot and help Frank w/ the senior photo shoot (super fun you get to meet all the ADORABLE and hard working Seniors. – 3 hours.
Coordinate getting the pictures from Photo Kraft and picking them up- 1 hour
Backing the pictures up w/ Scrapbooking paper and printing out the names of the seniors on craft paper- 4 hours.
Laying out the pictures prior to putting them on the board. – 1 hour.
Scapbooking a two tri-piece board with candids from the DOB show for the lobby. (I had volunteers from DOB do this)
Scrapbooking a tri-piece board with a thank you to Mr. E. (I had volunteers from DOB do this)
